Cllr Graham Stubbs

My name is Graham Stubbs and I am now in my second term as a Parish Councillor for Liden.

I am married, and we have two grown up married daughters and five grand-children. My wife and I have lived in Liden since we moved to Swindon in 1983.

My early working life was in engineering before I moved across the world of logistics, or ‘supply chain’, management. I spent a number of years self-employed before tapering off into retirement about eight years ago. Starting when our daughters were still at school I was active within the PTFA at Dorcan School, and then went on to be a Governor.

My hobbies are model engineering and bonsai trees. Model engineering led me to join the society that runs the miniature railway in Coate Water, and I regularly support the group that does the repairing and maintenance.
