I am a local Swindon resident, having lived here all my life. Elected to represent Nythe ward on Nythe, Eldene and Liden Parish Council in May 2021, I have been active in helping residents on a wide range of issues, including anti-social behaviour, road maintenance, maintaining open spaces, parking, supporting local libraries and schools, missed bin collections, and a variety of national policy issues. As one of your local Parish Councillors, I have been continually pushing for more playpark refurbishments and opposing inappropriate planning applications on the Planning Committee, on which I serve as the Vice-Chair. I also take the beauty of the community seriously, carrying out regular litter picks and other community action projects like tree/bulb planting.
